Response
The version 2 response holds profiles in `results` and generation information in `meta`.

Fields that may be missing
picture is null when no approved portrait matches. phone, street, state and postcode can also be null. login is omitted by default and only appears with fields=login or one of its child paths.
Coordinates use `precision: "city" and identify a GeoNames city point, never a person or street.
